I am pleased to inform you that this summer we will be having three (3) exciting club tournaments! These tournaments and dates are as follows:

Mixed Doubles: July (date TBA) Men's & Women's Doubles: August (date TBA) Men's & Women's Singles: September (date TBA)

Entry Fee:

Each tournament will cost $15 per person to enter. Your entry fee will cover food, tennis balls and, of course, those fabulous trophies for finalists and winners! You are guaranteed three (3) matches.

Tournament Format:

Depending on the size of the draw, the first couple of rounds will likely be played out as an eight (8) or ten (10) game pro-set followed by best two-out-of-three sets (both formats with regular scoring).

Eligibility:

You must be a member of The Swansea Tennis Club and 18 years of age or older to enter.

Rankings:

Please indicate your approximate level of play: beginner, intermediate or advanced. I will then consult and confirm your level of play to ensure appropriate rankings.

Start Times:

I will call and inform participants with their start times two (2) days prior to the beginning of the tournament. Depending on the draw size for each tournament, early round matches may start Friday evening at 19:00 and end by 23:00. Otherwise all matches will commence Saturday morning at 09:00. I am aiming to complete each tournament by Sunday 16:00.
