  • Courts can be booked by members up to 48 hours in advance

  • Courts can be booked for half-hour or full-hour sessions

  • Members can play up to two hours per day

  • When booking a court, the names of all players must be recorded in the system

  • Members must cancel court bookings as soon as it’s clear they will be unable to make their sessions and provide reasons for the cancellations

  • If members do not arrive within 15 minutes of their start time, the booking is forfeited and the court is released to other players

  • Demerit points are assigned to members who book courts and don’t show up for their sessions

  • Repeated no-shows will result in the rescinding of booking and playing privileges for a given period of time

  • Shoe tags will no longer be distributed, but members should be prepared to show identification to the Club Manager and/or Court Attendants prior to taking the court

  • If playing with a guest, members must record the guest name in the system and pay the guest fee before play starts

  • The Club Manager and/or Court Attendants will be on-site to ensure court sessions and transitions from one booking to the next run smoothly

  • Any unbooked courts will be available for drop-in tennis by members on a first-come, first-served basis; during primetime hours, the Club Manager and/or Court Attendants will be on-site to assist.

The CourtReserve booking system can be accessed via web browser or by downloading the app, which is available for both Android and iOS devices.
